OFC is ongoing until June 11.

This year's expo welcomes industry leaders, academia, media and analysts from all over the world. The conference kicked off on June 6th and included a series of short courses and seminars on optical transmission networks, neuromorphic computing, quantum information processing, and other hot topics.

The interactive exhibition showcased new products released by companies that promote the innovation of hardware and software-based network solutions. In addition, OFC conducted daily video conversations with exhibitors and leading analysts for the first time, including Sterling Perrin, Heavy Reading; Ian Redpath, OMDIA; Andrew Schmitt, Cignal AI; Jimmy Yu of Dell'Oro Group and Vladimir of LightCounting Kozlov previews a series of new products.

"The technology that OFC is discussing and demonstrating will play a key role in advancing our industry and helping us build connections on a global scale," commented Xie Chongjin, Chairman of OFC of the US Alibaba Group. "With representatives from the entire community, this week will showcase the development of leading brands and new entrants that will shape the future of fiber optic communications and data networks."

II-VI shows 400/800G transceivers for 25.6T and 51.2T data center switches. This year’s activities include plenary meetings, peer-reviewed speeches and nearly 100 invited speakers, four symposiums, three special meetings, 10 seminars, seven group discussions, 49 short courses, plus business-oriented Central programming. In addition to photonic integration, space division multiplexing and 5G, free space optical communication technology will be the focus of several lectures.
