 Description

The equipment is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx communication network system. The fiber splicing, splitting, distribution can be done in this box, and meanwhile it provides solid protection and management for the FTTx network building.

The product is made of high-quality and impact resistant plastics, and has a standard use interface;

Application

This product integrates optical fiber splicing, splitting, and wiring. It can realize the cable direct or branch connection. Connecting to the optical communication equipment it suits for the terminal access of the user end.Through the adapter installed in the box, the drop cable leads the signal out, and achieves optical fiber distribution; also applies to the protective connection of cables and pigtails; in addition, optical cable can also be spliced withhome cable after splitting, and then leads the signal out to achieve direct connection.

Installation procedure

Pre-install the box with the expansion screw or pole mounting set in the desired position;
Install the adaptors into the corresponding rack, tighten them with screws;
Strip
 the cable, remove the outer and inner sheath, loose tube, clean and remove the oil filling paste in the cable, leave ~1.2m of bare fiber length and 30 50mm steel core; after the fiber is introduced into the box through the port, fix it with the cable pressing ring, and tighten it with re-enforced core;

The bare fiber protective tube is used to protect the stripped fiber,the optical fiber is introduced  into the cable  winding wheel and coiled, the fiber end is led to the splicing slot;
Connect the incoming fiber pigtail to the adaptor, coiled the fiber in the tray, led the end to the heat shrinkable tube placed in the splicing slot; 
after splicing, the joint is clipped in the slot, cover it with the black rubber lid;
